Cup Competitions 18/19 - Cup Draws

By Simon Harrison

The draws for the next round of our cup competitions were made on Monday night.

On Monday evening, at the League Management Committee meeting, the draws were made for the next rounds of the Gilgryst Cup, Murray Trophy and the Open Trophy along with the first round of the newly named Manchester League Cup (formerly Bridgewater Cup).

Any player who plays in an early round of either the Open Trophy or the new Manchester League Cup can play for their Club in the Murray Trophy or the Gilgryst Cup.

However any player who plays in either the early round of the Gilgryst Cup or the Murray Trophy cannot play in a later round of the Open Trophy or the Manchester League Cup.

A player, for any of the Competitions, can only play for one Club.

If he later transfers to another Club, he is Cup tied.
