Remembrance Weekend

1 year ago By Simon Harrison

It's Remembrance Sunday this weekend and the Manchester Football League will pay tribute.

This weekend marks the time of year when we pay our respects to those who have given the ultimate sacrifice.

On the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, the nation will come together to remember the many men and women who, have in the past, and still continue to, put their lives on the line to protect us.

We will forever be in their debt and we should all be grateful for their actions.

Therefore, to mark this occasion, can we remind all Clubs that there will be minute silence before each Manchester Football League fixture this Saturday.

All referees will be informed, also.

We will remember them. Lest we forget.
